Maybe a daft question but is this possible as a OEM+ upgrade? Obviously it can handle more power than a standard 8p one and sort of the equivalent to a stage 2 clutch? Any help would be massively appreciated as my clutch is starting to go and I'm weighing up options. New flywheel will be a must on mine as it's done 87k.

This was posted the other day which seems like it'll work, mk5&6 platform is same as mk7 so don't see why it wouldn't work.

Looks like all you'd need is a 240mm clutch disk, a ttrs pressure plate and a new slave cylinder and that's it. Could be an option as people used to do a G60/vr6 clutch upgrade on the 1.8T 8L chassis that used to be an OEM+ upgrade
