Possible throttle issue

hi all,

So i decided to make a new thread as my issue wasn't due to transmission. Heres my symptoms, I put the car into drive and lightly press the pedal and i have light to no power, the same happens in reverse. To combat this i have to mash the accelerator, but there is still a 3 to 5 second delay then it shifts. I recently serviced my transmission and when I'm moving it shifts great, but when i am stopped its terrible.

This first happened when i come off the motorway and at the traffic light i floored it after the light turning right at the same time. Ever since i have had this issue. The fluid is level i used all genuine parts and the issue happened before i serviced it.

I have fixed it, so I will close this thread out for anyone having the same issues. There is a rod behind the brake pedal which has a nut on the end of it which was loose, the car thought I was braking constantly which why I had no power at a stop.
