heated seats wiring

Looking at buying a heated S-Line interior for my car.

I have 2 questions.

1. I am under the understanding that all cars came with the right wiring, all I need is a climate unit with the heated seat wiring knobs, and the interior... everything else is already there? Is this correct or will it require new wiring ran to said unit from the seats?

2. Will any fit including 8p1 and 8p3 and S3 to my 8p2 car?

As my car is avus silver I am ideally looking for those black and silver vienna leather ones that I had in my old car

Also what is the deal with electric adjusting seats? Are these easy to swap over?

There's no wiring under there, you'll have to start from scratch. There's a recentthread about this, do a a search on the A3's/S3 8p forum.
