Ko4-023 oil feed? Stupid?

Hey guys just wondering if anyone can shed a little light on this
I don't know I'm being stupid or what but basically the oil braided line I've got has no room what so ever
Take a look

I can have a tight 90°
But I was under the impression you can't really bend braided?
Or maybe clock the turbo?
CAWKEYED?

You will need an OE oil feed for that as its too tight for something like that
