Thought I'd share some pics of my A3 Black Edition 2.0 TDI. I'm OCD with cars so like everything to be Immaculate.
First mod RS3 Grill from Xenonz UK
As I've got a 5 digit plate I had the plate holder shortened and repainted gloss black in the body shop
Being a Black Edition I believe the trim should be Gloss Black, not Grey like Audi fitted
I had the fog lights, Lower front bumper Splitter and Rear bumper splitter professionally painted gloss black to match the grill
Alloys had some corrosion on the outer lips so decided to have them all repowder coated and freshly diamond cut.
I considered gloss black to go with the theme but after finding some photos I wasn't convinced. They look like replicas imo. I decided on a slightly darker Matt grey.
When the wheels were off I coated the hubs/calipers in hammerite smooth black. I Added S-Line logos and lacquered them over to prevent them peeling.
Wheels and calipers coated with Gtechniq C5 for protection (Awesome Stuff).
