Hi guys,

Just a quick 'what would you do?' question.

Bought my car with a resonated Milltek exhaust and it's too quitet for my liking. Getting the resonator cut out and replaced with a straight piece of pipe. Question is, replace with a standard bit of steel to save money or with another bit of stainless?

The new piece is being clamped on not weleded so when the time comes to sell the resonator will be clamped back in place keeping the exhaust completely genuine.

What would you guys reccomend?

Thanks.

I was going to buy a Miltek for mine and I wanted a non-res version. It looks like it possibly comes with one but I got in touch with Miltek and you can purchase the replacement pipe for around £27.

But if you don't want to go down that route I'd stick with stainless.

I contacted Milltek but they wanted a part number. No idea where to find it
