Oil Leak

So, ive just had my B5 Avant 2.5tdi MOT'd and oil leak was on an advisory. Had a look and i reckon its the rocker cover gasket has gone on the passenger side, my question is could the crankcase filter being contributing to this as could be causing to much pressure resulting in a gasket failure?

Also is it worth replacing both gaskets at the same time?
