Not been on here in a while, but slowly making my way back!
Still got the S3 (3.2) but been buying a few Audi/VW's to commute to and from work, currently driving an AUM A3, stage 1 but I bought a A4 1.8tqs last week.
Planning on keeping the A4 for a while as the B5 platform is my favourite.
Current state of the car mechanically is 'ok', drives well apart from a misfire on full load and the breather pipes need changing. No, top end rattles. Bodywork is shocking and wheels need some tlc.
Plans for now are -
Spark plugs
Sort oil leak
Respray along with door strip removal
Car has come with RS4 engine mounts so these will go on at some point, currently running standard ecu but I have also got a mapped ecu with the car. Previous owner has mentioned that the turbo is a hybrid as the compressor housing is different, not sure yet myself so i'll check that at some point too.
Only have one picture of it from the last week but I should have it back from the bodyshop next week so I will update
