Hesitation on part throttle?

Hey all cars boosting spot on now, only issue I have is on part throttle its hesitating? Sometimes feels like it's pulsing slightly? Only seems to be above 3000rpm? No fault codes no lights on the dash....
any ideas would be great

Overboost back again been mapped at 2 different places, not happy as the last garage has wound the actuator to lower the max boost but it shouldn't need to be as it's never been messed with???
