Seat lumbar support

Hi, my lumbar supports have never worked, both seats. Can these be an optional extra even though the controls are on the seats ?

If its got controls then its either power supply issue so check the seat wiring underneath in the floor to see if its present, if so check fuses, if not then someone has swapped seats.

Thanks, it's not had seats swapped. Any ideas which fuse ? Its not listed in handbook, thanks
