2.0Tfsi rebuild, what should I do ?

Hi all!
AXX engine code here
So my engine dropped oil pressure on the hwy.
Restarted it and had a "low PS-oil gurgling sound" which I take is the oil pump pickup being clogged.shut it off and worked 16h and drove home afterwards(towing home would cost me more than the car is worth)
So I'm thinking I should do a rebuild and fix whatever weakspots I can.

What I'm planning is :

All engine gaskets.
Piston rings
New oil pump assembly(not sure if oem or 1.8t conversion , removing balancing shafts has me on the fence)
Tensioners and chains
Water pump and timing belt
Flywheel and clutch(Sachs performance I'm thinking)

I remember reading about a new revision intake camshaft that fixes the follower wear, is it possible to fit ?
Should I upgrade the HPFP ? (Stock currently running 250hp tune)

Anyone has any info about what I should add to the list ?
Any advice is appriciated :)

I would fit s3 internals and head, good for over 350bhp and fit a ko4 turbo.
