A5 help

Hi guys need some of your expert help I'm new to the forum so hi everyone! My 2010 2.0 a5 is making a knocking noise from front passenger side wheel but only in low gears and only wile under load no noise over bumps or round corners, I've had it at a few mechanics but no one no what it is, it's a rattling knocking noise?

Some advise please

Jees many things, bushes, mounts, ball joints, it's one of them tbh.

What have they done thus far?

They have put in drop links ball joint and bushes and still the same they don't get why it only does it under throttle let throttle off and it stops, one guy said it could be fly wheel about to go
