unable to access 37 navigation

Just done a retrofit of sat nav, Bluetooth and cd changer. I used a kufatec pass through quadlock adapter and everything is working as it should. My problem is I also added a Aux in and when I try to code it Vcds wont access 37 navigation.

I plugged the rnse unit into the original quadlock and still no joy. cant understand why everything works but vcds cant read the navigation.
I am very new to vcds

Which version of VCDS are you using? And which vehicle?

57 plate a4 the rnse was from a 55 plate a4 and the vcds 12.12. both cars were mine and I swopped everything from the 55 plate to the new car

I would be starting with GENUINE VCDS before going any further to rule out Chinese rubbish not communicating with the vehicle.

possibly, but cant justify the cost for what little I need to do. If I cant sort it much cheaper to get it done for me by someone who has a genuine copy. I bought it to have a go and see if it was something I could use, resetting service light etc as I do my own work on the car.
