So I have a knock (with vid)

I have a 06 2.7 Tdi and last week we noticed a small knocking on the passenger side while letting off - you accelerate or brake and it disappears! (Cars tiptronic) it doesn't effect the steering but you can feel it knocking on the floor, It's got worse this weekend to a point I don't want to drive it as it sounds horrendous.
Any ideas what it could be? I've checked the usual suspension, brakes, roll bar etc I was thinking maybe a engine or gearbox mount? But my mechanical knowledge is limited!

Anyone have any ideas? I'm starting to think maybe a driveshaft or wheel bearing?

Figured what it was in the end after getting it on a ramp at work...
4 of 5 wheel bolts loose, 3 cross threaded and now banana shaped!
Also the set screw had been cross thread and snapped.
So ordering a new hub and bearings tomorrow and luckily it's been done under warranty.

I think what really wound me up the most was the fact my other half drives it through the week with the kids.
But credit to the garage the parts are all here and a job card has been raised at work so all should be sorted soon.
