New turbo on my s3

just after abit of advice. My turbo is smoking so it needs replacing I'm only going to stage 2+ so I'm going to stick with a stock spec turbo. I have a turbo specialist near by who will build a new turbo using a 360 degree bearing (whatever that means) but what I'm asking you guys is. Should I go for a updated actuator wastegate or is the stock one sufficient enough?

Look at a beach buggy anti surge core. Your actuator will be fine for stage 2+ no point upgrading it
