Bose system upgrade from stock Audi system

iv bought the Bose system for my 8l s3 iv come to put the sub in the boot and the looms are different slightly it's has come out of an 8l s3 so assumed would be straight swap can anyone tell me how it's is done?adaptors needed?

Post this in the 8l section for a better chance of getting a reply I have the s3 8l with Bose and tbh it's not the best. I know if have Bose from factory you need adapters to use aftermarket stuff so makes sense you will need adapters if doing the other way round
