RS3Vibration , road speed over 100kph

Can anyone sort this out, the dealer can't.
RS3, 2800kms, has this bad vibration, steering wheel, whole car, can see it in the C pillar, when travelling over 100kph. Bad enough that you cannot continue at this speed.
Dealer has examined , balanced wheels, all good. Vibration also apparent on the dealer dyno.
Any clues would be handy to me and dealer.

Does it happen any time over that speed, or only when accelerating or foot off the throttle and coasting? Has this issue started out of nowhere or has it gotten progressively worse?

We need more information to be able to help, however it sounds like something is out of balance. From what you have said so far, if the wheels have been checked I would start looking at all other items that rotate in accordance to road speed....such as the driveshafts!
