Help With Lights Needed

Hi guys, have read a few post but still can't seem to find what I need to know,
How can I code the coming home/going home lights on my 2012 A3? I tried the repair wire but didn't have the required plug for that to work?
Would anyone be able to advise me on how this is possible?
I have access to a coding laptop so need to know where to find how to do it,

Do you have the daytime running lights menu enabled?
Not sure if its the same on newer models but I think I had to enable the advanced menus for the DRLs on my '07 before the coming home/leaving home lights would work.
