A3 2.0 tdi dsg bkd cold start problem help needed

Hi gents I'm currently experiencing a cold start problem with my A3 2.0tdi the car as had many new parts, here the list of them
. Tandem pump
.lift pump
.Egr valve
.Battery
.boost pipes
.fuel filter
wasn't experiencing a cold start problem before the tandem pump reason for changing the pump was because there was oil in the fuel filter housing also in the tank, would really appreciate if anybody could help me with this matter it's been on a diagnostic and came back with no faults, kind regards

Starter motor is more common than you would think

Also timing can be a cause, easy enough to check with the locking tool and 2 pins, the torsion value from vcds can be an indicator too after you verified with the tools

Tandem pump seal could possibly not be seated properly

Last suggestion coolant temp sensors I'm sure there's 2

Aqibi2000 thanks if it's the tandem pump seal would it need a new gasket or taking off retightening kind regards, I think there are 2 coolant sensor, much appreciated, also forgot to mention that the starter motor was changed last year but today I've taken the original starter in to be repaired kind regards
