My car has now been off the road for the months and I'm starting to miss it. Due to no time and no money I attempted the Mr Muscle fix because of the over-boost problem I was having. But now the Turbo is making a high pitched squealing. So next plan is to remove turbo and have a closer look at it checking for shaft movement etc.
Has anyone had any experience with stripping these down and cleaning them?
Anyone know where to get a good rebuild kit?
Is this worth doing and safe to do at home?
