Mmi upgrade from 5.8 into 7 with navi and sim

hi everybody,
I'm willing to upgrade my new a3 8v saloon with the 7" screen and Oem navi. But probably by buying the spare parts from eBay.
Two questions you might help me,
1) can I remove the 5.8 screen and plug and play the new 7"? If so, do you have the spare part number for the 7"?
2) for the touch pad and main unit, same question can I remove them and simply plug with the already installed cabling? Or should I exchange the cabling as well?

I would be able to provide the vin of my car if you want to check it. Thanks!

This has been discussed on this forum many times. I believe that it is a non-trivial task. Requires coding I think, as well as everything else.
