Tie-bar adjustment with spacers

Simple question really, do I fit the spacers and then try to align the bars? or can I align the bars first to -1.0 and then fit the spacers?

wont make any diff mate. spacers dont affect alignment

since the angles we are talking about are so small, it wont make any difference. regarding the camber, it wont make any difference
