both very straight forward jobs Thom , just don't choose a wet day unless you have a dry location as you need to take the window cartridge out of the door to replace the regulator.

I don't have tools myself but I have an under garage car park in my block of flats. I just need the tools, knowledge and a little man power

That's just a litre at most , labour is an added cost to bleed all 4 calipers .

They would have topped up your brake fluid after doing a calliper change surely? . I use kwikfit for MOT's always found them to be fair, last quote for work was £460, I fixed the lot for £110. (And replaced things in pairs unlike the quote)
