Dodgy electric windows!

Hi all !! Wonder if any one can advise as have very temperamental driver and especially passenger windows! Passenger one occasionally works but can be opened/shut from drivers side and drivers was ok but wouldn't shut other day,luckily changed its mind after a lot of fiddling!

Sometimes they get out of sync . Open & close them fully on the switch, holding the switch for a few seconds when fully open or closed. Don't know if it will solve your problem but its worth a try .
