B & O upgrade

Anyone done the speaker upgrade?

I have MMI high on a 2010 sportback.

Wondering roughly how much and how complicated!

The money and effort probably isn't worth it TBH. Probably easier and cheaper to get an aftermarket system with arguably better sound quality.
