Not mine. A friend has recently purchased a 4 door Audi A3 55 plate. Only thing changed from standard is the headunit. Just after he purchased it both rear windows stopped working. He replaced the the electronics ?motor as well with parts from eBay but even they were the same part number the car kept thinking the rear doors were always open and the windows still didn't work. He put the original parks back in and when you press the windows up/down button on the driver's door you can hear a single "click" in either the rear pass side door or rear driver side door, depending on which switched was pressed. I did a VCDS scan for him and I'll be honest I didn't really know what to do with the amount or errors I found so saved and cleared them with his permission. Looking on Ross Tech it says it could be to do with pinch error? Just wondering if anyone could put some other ideas. Otherwise he may just replace both motors with genuine parts but he just wants to make sure they somehow both failed at exactly the same time.
