Audi washer system problems

Hey. Problem....so when I go to activate the water for windscreen it won't go and the low water level was showing with a full tank. I don't hear the pump working. So I took it out and put power to it and it worked. So thinking it's something else. Ibe checked the 37 fuze and its ok. Could anybody help.

I'd check to see if power is getting to the pump also

We checked that aswell and it seemed fine also. The relay clicks when I try to activate it.
