Top is 8P1 and the bottom is 8P2. Both are Sport bumpers with the rubbing strips.
If you fancy changing them over, you will need a bonnet as well as the top of the grille is a different shape.
Parts are usually easy enough to find on eBay.

Can be done bonnet is easy as is front bumper.
