Dual zone climate control - only cold air blowing from one side

I have a B7 Avant 2005 and in he last couple of days the drivers side vents will only blow cold air, regardless of the temp setting. Passenger side is fine.

Airflow on the drivers side matches fan setting on dash. But no temperature increase.

This is the same for all vents.

What do I need to replace?

All sorted. New heater flap motor fitted (arm had snapped off the motor). I had the garage do the job in the end, I couldn't even see the motor on the driver's side.

Very frustrating - all that faff and cost for a 50p part - thanks a lot VAG!

Still - I totally recommend Youngs Garage in Wrotham, Nick is a great guy.

It would be great to have a how-to on replacing the parts on the driver side. Still, can't have everything I guess.
