Not sure exactly - Google search for 'Black 5 spoke concave' gives you quite a few options

Pretty poor photo could probably be 1 of many different wheels. I happened to be looking through a TSW catalogue the other week and it looks a bit like one they do. Probably not this as there are many that are similar.
