Hi, i think im about to purchase a 2011 audi A6 avant 2.0 TDI with 67,000 on the clock, asuming everything goes ok with the test drive and inspection, also buying it from a second hand dealership.

One of the worries i have is i cannot find out at the moment if its a cam belt or chain, if its a belt i would lile to negotiate the belt into the deal, would anybody be able to shed some light on it for me please?

Also, would there be anything else i need to keep an eye out for?
Its extras are;

Satnav
Heated seats
Dual climate heating
Voice control
Mmi radio plus
Rain sensor
Electric front and rear windows
Cruise control
Bluetooth interface

Thankyou in advance

Auto or manual?

You are under the miles for a belt change but, off the top of my head I cannot remember if the belt should be done every 5 or 7 year regardless of the miles on the car. I sure it used to be 5 years.

As above its a belt which needs to be replaced every 115,000 or 5 years according to Audi. I just had it replaced on my 2010 cost £450 parts n labour with new water pump n coolant
