Audi A3 8L 1.8T ARY FMIC install

If someone have some experiance please give me some guide cus i read in forums thath the kits are different. So will the jetta/golf kit fit the A3 ? Thanks !

It may well fit but is going to be a restriction as its only 2" on one side, :/

It`s good my car is with K03s for now after installing the cooler i may upgrade to k03s/k04 hybrid ->270 hp so the pipe will take it :] .I am afraid for instaling the kit xD.

you might need to weld a map sensor into one of those pipes as well

It will fit but in my experience these kits aren't a great fit to say the least. . . If you have fogs you'll most likely be waving good bye to them and the grills! Also the pipework usually hangs out the front which looks a bit unsightly!

As Lavis says you will also need somewhere for the MAP sensor, probably easier to buy a forge MAP sensor pipe and sandwich it in an after market throttle body pipe or something like so:


By the looks of things you will also need a take for the N75 somewhere

I have remooved the fog lights already also i have pipe with welded MAP sensor.So i wait for delivery and after instaling it i will post some pics for you guys :]

This 22 page guide is pretty much useless to anyone with an A3 and there's way to much there to expect anyone to trawl through all if it only to find most of it is no use!

I've said it a million times before but we realistically need an A3 FMIC sticky to avoid the same questions over and over and the information in the above sticky could do with being massively condensed...
