Mirrors replace, from non heated to heated and folding MY 2006

Hello,

My a3 mirrors does not have heating and folding options and I want to replace them.
Here's my current setup:


I found new mirrors (silver) and the seller says that they were taken off from an S3 (no year provided)
They look a bit different:



Can someone tell me from which model year are the silver ones ?
And will they be plug and play (after software coding and new switch of course) ?
Also, do I have to replace the plastic cover around the mirror switch control ? PN# ?

They look from an Audi A3 8L, and you got an 8P. So they're not compatible

Yup they're 8L mirrors which is the A3 shape before ours. Hit up Nigel @NHN he may have something.

I thought the 8L right mirrors is smaller then the left one.

Door switch, door trim, folding base left & right (different ones depending on year of car), possible door controllers.

Mirrors from the three different types of 8P door wise (3/5/cab) are different from one another and won't fit just the same.
