Right, got myself some RS4 style mirror caps from Germany and a set of facelift mirror glasses from ECP. Unfortunately the driver side mirror motor unit disintegrated when the glass was removed and is very brittle. Looks like the underside screws are welded in too.
Anybody have mirror adjusting mechanism and tips for swapping the caps?
