Exhaust needed?

Quick question. I am having a stage 2 hybrid build and have fitted pro 4 manifold, downpipe and decat to standard exhaust backbox. Question is will I need a full exhaust system to make the most out of stage 2 tuning??

I personally think you should consider a cat back, miltek or similar at least
