Handbrake cover

can anyone tell me how both parts of the handbrake trim come off, I know there is some sort of clip effort that holds the leather sleeve on but I have no idea how it comes off.

For the hand break sleeve look under the bottom of the sleeve you will see a little slot .. Push a scare driver in the slot and the hand real cover will slide off and then the plastic cover will come off
