Anyone know what this is?

Hi there,

Does anyone know what this pipe is, seems to be leaking oil.

Audi A3 2.0 Tdi, 2004 plate (8P)

The first picture is me laying on my back under the front bumper looking towards the passenger side wheel. The pipe starts at the bottom of the bumper infront of the passenger wheel facing outwards.

The 2nd picture is looking towards the drivers side wheel, you can see the fans on the front top left and middle left.

Is it natural to get a bit of oil in these pipes especially at the joins?

Yes it is. Oil wicks its way out nder pressure. Just give it a spray of degreser and wash off. Keep an eye on it for a failes clip or seal. Some people remove and clean it all out. In the past on similar Ive found that there is always a bit of oil in intercooler pipes.
