Has anyone with the standard 18" Sline diamond cut wheels had them powder coated to do away with the diamond cut finish?
Basically I had one repaired by Audi last year and I think the lacquer is flaking. I have another wheel that I curbed which needs repairing, and I am wondering if it’s going to be easier to go down the normal power coat route on all 4 wheels.
I am thinking durability of the powder coat finish and ongoing repair costs being cheaper than diamond cut.
Any thoughts on this? Does anyone have any pics of these wheels after being powder coated?
