Hi guys,

Need some help here, ordered an new Sepang Blue RS5 before Xmas.
Options:
Dynamic Sports Package 3
Audi Side Assist
Black Exterior
B&O sound System
Panoramic Roof
Heated Front Seats.

I still can't make up my mind that if I should change it to rotor instead of 5V spoke.
Still think the rotor look awesome with the 20inch, but it's available across any Audi range which is not so special comparing the 5V spoke.

Any suggestion would be great as I haven't got a build date yet so I can still change my mind.

Many Thanks,

John

5V spoke get my vote on the RS, only because the RS has the massive brakes to pull the look of them off.

5V spoke gets my vote :thumbs up:

Its something different to the 'usual' rotors IMO

Wish the 5V spokes were available in the Uk on S3 saloons. I would have spec'ed 'em in a shot

Strangely you can get them on S3 saloons in Oz tho'

Yes, I saw the 5V spoke on a S3 sendan when I was at the dealership on the weekend. It looks great on the Daytona grey.
But I ended up changing my mind and go with the titanium rotor because with the 20inch rotor it kinda look like a big arch when looking from the side.
I checked lots of photos on internet and still think the rotor looks better with sepang blue and the 5V spoke never makes me feel like I want to get it.
Thank you for the opinions tho.

Will take some photos once my car arrived

personally Id have the rotors, I think they look so much better, but thats my opinion

Rotors look dated nowadays.
That ship has sailed.

I notices that, even the dealer said that to me.
But I still prefer the look on the Sepeng blue with the rotor.
V spoke do look better on Black/White or Grey and even RS4 is every angles.

Prefer the look of the 5V's, neighbour has them on an RS4 in Sepang and they look lovely. The Rotors are nice - IMHO wouldn't say they were dated as such (like I think the old parallel spoke RS4 ones are) but certainly very 'common' across the Audi range.

My Dealer try to temp me with this Naharo Blue RS4.
Originally I want to order the Nagaro Blue for the RS5 but not willing to pay extra $5000. So I went for the Sepeng Blue and I made a right choice.
Love both colour tho.
Uploaded more photos which is similar to mind.

5v all day long, you can have rotors on an A1..... and everything else inbetween.

Any way of specifying the 5v's on a standard A5 coupe?
It seems you can on the new A4/A5 BE+.
If you check out the A4 subforum, someone has just taken delivery of theirs, spec'd with the 5Vs.

Gorgeous looking wheel and would get my vote all day long!

Cheers, I'll find out. I agree they are cracking wheels. Would look great on a new Sepang A6 BE.

My car finally arrived and it's at the dealership holding yard .... can wait to pick it up.
Photos was taken from a salesman

Looks great, gets better when you have owned it for a while.
I'm 6 months in and still loving every drive like its the first.

I think it will be a classic car to keep as I believe is the last V8 NA RS5.
Originally I thought I would get the C63s but coming from S3, turbo is not for me.
I assumed the C63 will have no lag but I always in love with the RS5 and the style plus is a quattro.

I will probably VCN code default to dynamic mode so the exhaust note would stay loud every time I start the engine.
Title left side mirror too.

Not sure if I should get the air filter from RSQuattro tho

Picking it up on the weekend :applaus:
