Private reg?

I'm considering getting a private reg for the S3, I was going to wait a few months after the car had been put on a 15 plate, but I've already missed out on two that I was looking at!

If I buy it now will I be able to hold it for March delivery/registration?

Will the dealer be able to sort the registration/number plates out if I pass the paperwork onto them?

If I register the private plate on the car from the off, what happens when I want to use the private plate on my next car?

Retention is your friend. Have a look for placing it on retention on DVLA site.
Also broker or DVLA whomever you buy the plate from will or should be able to advise you.

Hi,to move it from one car to another is about £100.Have a look at DVLA website its very informative.
