Boost Drop Issue?

After many miles of fairly trouble free driving the old girl is playing up. Half way to a meeting last week the car dropped to about 3 or 4 psi. I parked up and left it for a couple of hours. When I came out I allowed the throttle body to reset but to no avail. After coming on and off boost a few times the boost creeped up and the car drove normally until today where it stalled on me at a roundabout and upon restarting the boost had gone again. Any suggestions?

Boost leak? Check your IC if it hasn't cracked on the mounts when you had the car damaged.
Or also check all pipes to make sure that all are fitted properly.

Parked up last night with very low boost. Got up this morning and was perfect again.

There will likely be a fault code, have you looked?
