A3 Dashboard

I have a 2009 a3 which is the face lift I was recently in a bump resulting in both airbags going off dash and steering wheel I was just wondering can I replace it with any a3 8p dash or are aome connections different or are the dash dimensions slightly bigger or smaller or what? Could somebody please shed light on this situation for me as I'm almost pulling my hair out about what to do many thanks sean

All dashes are the same straight swap, took me about 2 hours from start to finish when replacing mine when it had a phone holder on it.

Thanks for your input lewbo so it wudnt matter if I buy a dash from a 06 even though mines 09? If this is right will save me a fair few quid also any advice for removal and installation I'm abit worried about wires clips being all over the place and installing electrics rong and messing it up
