Presume thats what it is that makes the horrid noise when I start the car ....

Im looking at either deleting the pump out with the kit ive seen at Awesome gti ....or getting a filter for it like the one you get with a k & n one ?
If I get a replacement filter what size neck are they that fits to the pipe you remove from the airbox?
