Brushed ally interior trim

Just been looking on Vag-Parts and they do the brushed ally trim for the A3 (and the fishtail trim) but only list it as a 4 part kit, front doors, gear surround and ash tray cover

Why would you change the front but not the rears?

Contemplating getting this done, just waiting for some prices...
