s3 cooling fan problem

Hi my 2001 amk s3 has a issue with the cooling fans they are on all the time even with the ignition off they will go till the battery dies I have tried a new coolant temp sensor a known good 2nd hand control unit and a new fan switch in the rad the fuse on top of the battery is clean and so are the terminals any help would be appreciated

Can anyone help iv found if I turn the ignition on then off the fans will carry on running for 10 mins when the car is running they will run all the time even when the climate control is switched off can any 1 help

try pulling the fuse to see it they stop when ign off

They do stop all fuses are clean and not blown also the air con does not work
