HELP! Radio parts faulty (volume switch)

Hi there is there anybody out there who knows a place to buy parts for my radio.
(I have a faulty volume switch, I've seen hundreds on eBay for different vehicles so surly this part is available for audis)

What exactly is wrong with the radio or the volume switch?

Sometimes its not the knob that is faulty its the actual switch behind that can get clogged with dust. More information would be useful.

I have tho turn the volume up slowly or put pressure to the side wile turning the knob or it will just drop to 0.
I was thinking of hacking the volume switch for a similar part if i the direct replacement isn't available... But the dust sound promising i will give that a shot.
