Rubber trim under front lower bumper?

On the s4 bumper I have two rubber trim
Under the front lower edge, left and right corner, although one is loose

Having looked there are holes in the middle

Should there be trim going all the round at the lower under section?

Are they like little mud flaps but in front of the wheels? If so there are only 2.

No literally strip of rubber under front bumper

I'll try and take a pic later

But you can see one edge has come loose

And looking at it there are holes in middle too so should there be trim there?
