Audi S3 problem when cold

there is a problem with my s3 when it is cold. basically it is very hesitant when i put the foot down. it is slightly jerky and its like the boost is intermittent but when the car heats up the problem goes away.

i replaced the coolant temp sensor and cleaned the throttle body but it made no difference


today i noticed that the breather pipes on the right have basically melted/collapsed on themselves. could this be something to do with it?

ive ordered some forge replacements today

any suggestions of what to try next?

Have it scanned with VCDS. I had this and still do sometimes, I had a fault for a knock sensor.
