4 wheel alignment / suspension 'setup'

Hi all, the suspension geometry of my car is completely knackered and needs a full setup.

Wondering if anyone can recommend a good place to get this done, either in West Yorkshire or somewhere in West London/along the M4 that can do this for me?

Also wondering if it would be an option to have this done at the dealers or is an independant specialist the best way forward?

Go to Wheels inMotion at Chesham mate. Tony there is the boss, and what he doesn't know about geometry isn't worth knowing.

You could ask for advice on the WIM forum first if you like.

Why do you think the suspension geometry is knackered ? . If you are getting odd wear patterns on tyres or strange handling that could be down to worn / bent suspension components or other issues.

my mechanic has checked all the suspension, bushes, wheel bearings and reports everything is ok, the car has had its springs changed and I'll be changing them again so the suspension deffo will need check if not adjusting

wait till you have the suspension set as you finally want it then. No point in spending money on setting it all correctly then adjusting it again as this will alter some of the suspension settings.

Yeah I will do, hopefully will get the spring swap done over Xmas/NY period and then book in for a setup at some point in Jan..
