what spark plug are people using on stage 2+

As above going stage 2+ next month and wondering what plugs people at using . I am just on standard ones ATM.

Go with the stock plugs.

Good for the sort of power I run,and you should simply change them more often than Audi say,i.e. every 10 000 miles or less.
